Lingfei LU 卢凌飞

I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at the School of Finance, Renmin University of China. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the HKUST Business School in 2026, and I was a visiting scholar at Columbia Business School in 2025. My research combines customs-level micro data with structural trade models to study exchange rates, global sourcing, and firm networks in international trade and finance.

Research Interests: Exchange Rates, Global Sourcing, Trade Networks, Financial Frictions, Trade Credit, Chinese Economy
